RETURNING your Doppler.

Baby’s Heart DopplerRETURN within the continental United States. Your Doppler will arrive with a pre-printed Billable DHL Stamp (return label) as well as detailed return instructions. You must keep the original packaging, USE THE DHL RETURN LABLE we provide for you and follow the below instructions carefully (see the return instructions that came with your fetal doppler or email us).

1) Call DHL at 1-800-225-5345 and ask for Pickup. They will schedule a pickup day so you can ship back to us from your own home or you may use a DHL drop box in your area. 2.) Take the battery out of your Fetal Doppler. 3) Pack up your Fetal Doppler exactly the way you recevied it. 4) Peel off the back of the return DHL label and stick in on the box your Fetal Doppler came in. Make sure the label sticks to the box - you may have to tape it on. You must use the return DHL label that came with your fetal doppler (it came in the tips, instructions & agreement envelope). 5) Tape the box - you should need only 3 pieces of tape to tape your box securely. 6) Fill out the From portion of the return label and sign it. Be sure and tear off the top portion of the label for your records (The Senders Copy). This is proof of return and you will need it for step 8. 7) THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP - Make sure that you have given your fetal doppler to DHL and followed the above steps BEFORE you email us. 8) When you email us - reference the return waybill number. They are the 11 black numbers in the right corner of the DHL return label you tore off in step 6. IN ORDER FOR US TO PREVENT FROM BILLING YOU ANOTHER MONTH'S RENTAL we must be able to track your Fetal Doppler back to us. If you have followed the above steps and given your Fetal Doppler to DHL we will be able to see that it is in DHL's system on its way back to us. Again, we ask that you follow the above steps then and only then EMAIL us at info@babysheart.com to let us know you are returning your Doppler. Once we have received your email we will verify with DHL that your fetal doppler is in route back to us. We will then hold your rental fee. All return information is verified with DHL. DO NOT Schedule a Saturday pick up. DHL charges between $10 and $45 pick up fee for Saturday, and this will be charged to the credit card on file with Baby’ s Heart. Tape your package securely. DHL will not do this for you so if the Doppler box is returned without the Doppler inside, you will be held responsible for the full purchase price of the Doppler.
